Dr. Jonathan Zuchowski is a board-certified, second generation licensed chiropractor, and founder of Catalyst Chiropractic in San Jose, CA. As a South Bay native, he attended San Jose State University with a focus in Kinesiology. It was during this time that he suffered a traumatic injury to his low back causing constant and debilitating pain. After receiving chiropractic care and recovering from his injury he realized that he wanted to dedicate his life to help facilitate the health and healing of his community through chiropractic. 

This chain of events led Dr. Zuchowski to obtain his degree in Chiropractic at Life West Chiropractic College. His desire to help others has led him to hone his skills in a variety of chiropractic practices and adjusting methods to better help his patients achieve optimal spinal alignment, reduced stress on the nervous system, and proper recovery from injuries and trauma.  

Outside of the office Dr. Z likes spending time with friends and family, weight lifting, experiencing the outdoors through hiking, traveling and exploring.
